Each suite in the shop is customizable! We love being able to edit fonts, crests, and colors to what you're looking for. We also have lots of add-ons to really take your invitation suite to the next level. 

five rounds of revisions

We want to make sure your design is just what you want. Because the designs are already started, less revision rounds are needed, so we offer five complimentary rounds of revisions for our TWS clients!

The wedding planning process can be overwhelming, but that's why we're here to help! We'll answer all questions you have and guide you through the process. You'll also get our white glove assembly with everything put together and shipped to you ready to mail.

Choose your design and add-ons, and add them to your cart. Once your order is received, we'll email you a questionnaire to fill out with all of your weddin details, and we'll begin working on your designs.

We go back and fourth over 5 rounds of revisions to make your design exactly what you're looking for. You'll receive a digital proof of your suite and have the opportunity to provide feedback.

Once your suite is perfect, we'll send it off to print and start production on all the little dtails! Please note that add-ons will require additional production time. Check each add-on listing to confirm the extra time required.

We'll pack up everything and send it to you for assembly! We'll put together a video of how to assemble your suite so you'll know exactly what to. If you choose for us to assemble for you, we'll take the reins and ship your order once assembly is completed.

Now it's time for you to mail your beautiful invitations to your guests and wait for the RSVPs (and the wows!) to start rolling in!

who assembles the invitations?

Your invitations will arrive to you unassembled, unless you select our assembly add-on. We’ll create a video for you so you can know our suggestions for assembly and what supplies we recommend!

what's the difference between a 3-piece suite and a 5-piece suite?

The 3-piece suite includes an invitation card, a details/reply card, and an invitation envelope. The 5-piece includes an invitation, a details card, a reply card, an invitation envelope, and a reply envelope.

how can i customize my invitations from the wedding shop?

We love being able to customize our designs to what you’re looking for! We have a library of fonts to choose from, as well as many colors and crests. We can make small changes to layouts, and we’re always able to tailor wording to what you’re looking for! There may be restrictions on changes that can be made, like changing colors of illustrations and changes to certain fonts that are specific to the design. what is the processing time for invitation orders?

Processing is around 4 weeks but may be shorter or longer depending on how many rounds of revisions are needed and what add-ons you select for your order. Once we receive your feedback after each revision, the turnaround time for the next round is 2-3 business days. Please see the add-on listings for specifics on how much time they add to the production timeline.

are wax seals included with my invitations?

Wax seals are not included in the base pricing of our invitations, but can be added to any order! Check out our add-ons section for all of our options to customize your invitations.

how much postage do I need to mail my invitations?

Postage required is different from one suite to the next. We recommend taking a fully assembled suite to your local post office and asking them to estimate postage for you. They’ll be able to weigh the invitations and tell you just how much you need for each one! We suggest budgeting for $1-1.50 in postage per invite.
