Everything starts with an appointment. During this appointment, we'll get a good idea of what you're looking for and answer any questions you have. You'll have a chance to look through some designs, and we'll chat about which options are right for you!

two

quote + booking

 After the consultation, we'll create a custom quote based on the details we discussed. You'll have a chance to review the quote and make any changes, as well as the contract and invoice for when you're ready to move forward. 

To get booked and on our calendar, we require a 50% non-refundable retainer and the contract to be signed.

sketch + design

Next comes the fun part: sketching and designing!

We start with a sketch of the suite based on your wedding inspiration to make sure we're on the same page before designing.

From there, the design rounds begin. We'll send you design proofs for revision and approval so we can tweak things and edit as needed.

print approval
+ final invoice

Once the revisions have been made and the design is perfect, we'll send you a final print approval to make sure everything is correct before sending the invitations to the printer. 

We'll also send the final invoice to you for the final payment. We must receive payment before we order the prints.

Printing can take up to 4-6 weeks, depending on the type of printing selected.

print & assembly

Next we receive the invitations from the printers, get all the details like ribbons and wax seals, and start assembling the invitation suites. We'll apply all postage to the envelopes, pack everything up, and ship to you for mailing. Assembly can take 2-3 weeks.

day-of items

Day-of items, like seating charts, menus, and programs, follow a similar process as the invitations. This process usually begins about 2 months before your wedding date and includes a separate quote, contract, and invoice from the invitations.
